Products & Authenticity
Are your products 100% authentic? Yes, absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from Korea and authorised distributors. We guarantee genuine K-beauty — never fakes or replicas.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin, using gentle, soothing ingredients like centella and cica. Always check the product description, and patch-test new products before full use. If unsure, message us and we'll recommend gentle options.
How do I know which products are right for me? Shop by skin concern or ingredient, read our product descriptions, or simply message us on WhatsApp. Our team is happy to build a personalised routine for your skin type and goals.
Do your products have expiry dates? Yes. All products are well within their shelf life, and unopened items typically last for the period marked on the packaging. Once opened, use within the period indicated by the product's PAO (period-after-opening) symbol.
Orders & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply add your favourites to your cart and checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation shortly after.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan — pay only when your order arrives.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash on delivery, along with [Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer / card payments].
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days nationwide.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free on orders over Rs.3,000. A small flat charge applies below that.
Can I track my order? Yes — once dispatched, we'll share tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for damaged, incorrect, or unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
What if my product arrives damaged? We're sorry if that happens! Contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
