Return & Exchange Policy

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. Because skincare is a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, please read our policy carefully.

Our 7-Day Policy We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective on arrival
  • Incorrect (you received the wrong product)
  • Unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging

What Cannot Be Returned For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they arrived damaged or defective. Sale or clearance items may also be non-returnable (this will be noted on the product).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — email kglowly.pk@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at [your number].
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
  • Refunds are typically processed within [5–7] business days of approval.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're truly sorry — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
